RETURN

The returned goods cannot bear signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the Customer received them - with the tags intact. Important! The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract, but only within 14 days of receiving the order. If you want to make a return, fill out the form attached to the order (you can also download it below from our website). We have 14 days to consider the return from the date you report it , if we consider it positively, we will refund the funds to the account number you indicated in the form. The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Goods purchased in the online store cannot be returned to stationary boutiques offering our designs, sent to parcel lockers, or delivered in person to the return point.

EXCHANGE

Purchased goods can be exchanged for the same model within 14 days of receipt. The exchanged goods cannot show signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the customer received them - with the tags intact. Exchange for another model or product with a different price is not possible. In the case of exchange, the one-way shipping costs are covered by the buyer, shipping from the warehouse takes place at our expense. Exchange is possible if the goods selected by the customer (model, color, size) are available in the warehouse. Exchange lasts up to 14 days from the date we receive the shipment. Note! The exchange option is independent and does not in any way limit the statutory right of the Consumer to withdraw from the contract. COMPLAINT

The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of finding manufacturing defects in the delivered goods or inconsistency of the goods with the ordered goods. In such a case, please return the goods together with the form by economic post. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the complained goods. If the complaint is accepted, the damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for another, full-value, and if this is no longer possible (stock running out), the MKTP Store will return the equivalent of the price of the goods to the Customer or offer them other goods currently available in the Store. We will refund the costs associated with returning the complained goods (economy post parcel) if the complaint is positively considered. Please note! We do not accept cash on delivery.
