RETURN

The returned goods cannot show any signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the Customer received them - with tags intact. Important! The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract, but only within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. If you want to make a return, please complete the form attached to your order (you can also download it below on our website). We have 14 days to consider the return from your request , and if we accept it, we will refund the funds to the account number you provided in the form. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the items. Goods purchased in the online store cannot be returned to stationary boutiques offering our designs, sent to parcel lockers, or delivered in person to a return point.

EXCHANGE

The purchased goods can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt for the same model. The exchanged goods cannot show signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the customer received it - with tags intact. Exchange for another model or product with a different price is not possible. In case of exchange, one-way shipping costs are covered by the buyer, shipping from the warehouse is at our expense. Exchange is possible if the product selected by the customer (model, color, size) is available in stock. The exchange takes up to 14 days from the date we receive the shipment. Attention! The exchange option is independent and does not limit in any way the Consumer's statutory right to withdraw from the contract. COMPLAINT

The customer has the right to submit a complaint if any manufacturing defects are found in the delivered goods or if the goods are incompatible with the ordered goods. In such a case, please return the goods together with the form via economic post. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the complained goods. If the complaint is accepted, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with another, full-value one, and if this is no longer possible (the goods are out of stock), the MKTP Store will refund the Customer the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer him other goods currently available in the Store. We will reimburse the costs associated with returning the complained goods (economic postal parcel) upon positive consideration of the complaint. Attention!
