Is registration in the store necessary to place an order?

You can place an order without registration. However, we encourage you to create your own account because it gives you access to more available functions - the ability to check the status of your shipment, create your own shopping lists, create purchase history, and receive an additional discount on your next purchases.

What to do if you don't remember your password?

Just click on the "I forgot my password" icon located under the login frame in the "Log in" tab and then follow the instructions.

Can I exchange/return the purchased item?

Download the appropriate form from the returns/complaint/exchange tab, complete it and send it along with the proof of purchase and the item you want to exchange. Remember that you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange and return items, and only items that show no signs of use are subject to exchange or return. Don't forget your proof of purchase (we cannot accept exchanges/returns without it).

How to make a complaint?

Download the appropriate form from the returns/complaint/exchange tab, complete it and send it along with the proof of purchase and the item you want to complain about. MKTP has 14 days to consider the complaint.

How to choose the right size?

Each product has a size chart with its exact dimensions. So just measure yourself or your other fitted clothes according to the arrows in the size chart.

What are cookies, i.e. the so-called "cookies"?

Cookies are text files stored on your computer when you browse a website. These files contain information about the content you are viewing and can be read by the website upon your next visit.

What payment methods are accepted at MKTP?

Taking care of your convenience, we offer you the following payment options: transfer and bank transfer via payment services such as PayU, PayPal, DOTPAY, as well as the option of paying on delivery.

What is the waiting time for shipment?

In Poland, the shipping time for most products available from the warehouse is scheduled for 2 business days from the time the money is credited to the account; if it is to be extended, e.g. due to products being out of stock, information about the delivery time will appear accordingly in the product card.

Do we ship orders abroad?

Yes, MKTP sends parcels abroad. In the shipping options, simply select the country you want to ship to. Delivery costs may then change.

Can I add items to my order?

If your parcel has not been shipped yet and is still in stock, you can add another product to it by making another purchase. However, to be sure that such an operation will be successful, it is worth contacting us at sklep@mojkrajtakipiekny.com , on Facebook or Instagram in a private message.

How do I change my order?

Contact us directly on Facebook and then make changes to your order using your personal account. This option is only possible if the parcel has not yet been sent to you.
