It has a high, classic neckline, which was deliberately used here to balance the flared bottom and the madness of three ruffles. It worked because it's girly, but with common sense. The unique finishing of the sleeves in the form of a subtle ruffle enhances its charm, and the muslin cotton adds lightness and fits perfectly.
