Returned items cannot bear signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the Customer received them – tags not removed.
Important! The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sale agreement, but only within up to 14 days of receipt of the order.
If you want to make a return, fill in the form attached to the order (you can also download it from our website – link below). We have 14 days to process your return after you have notified us that you wish to return the items and once we process it, we will refund the money to the account number you have provided in the form.
The Buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.
Items purchased in the online shop cannot be returned in brick and mortar boutiques offering our products, sent to parcel lockers, or delivered in person to the returns centre.
EXCHANGE
You can exchange the purchased item for the same model within 14 days of receiving it. The exchanged item cannot bear signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the Customer received it – tags not removed. Exchange for a different model or product with a different price is not possible.
In case of an exchange, one-way shipping costs are covered by the buyer, shipping from the warehouse is at our cost.
The exchange is possible if the product (model, colour, size) chosen by the Customer is in stock. The exchange takes up to 14 days from the date we receive the parcel.
Attention! The exchange option is independent from other options and does not limit in any way the statutory right of the Consumer to withdraw from the Agreement.

COMPLAINT
The Customer has the right to make a complaint if the delivered items are found to be faulty or not in conformity with the order. In this case please send the item back together with the form via standard mail.
Complaints are processed within 14 days of receiving the parcel with the faulty item(s). If the complaint is recognised, the defected item shall be repaired or replaced with another item of full value and if that is no longer possible (item out of stock), the MKTP Shop shall refund the equivalent of the price of the item or offer the Customer other items currently available in the Shop.
Costs related to sending back the faulty item(s) (via standard mail) are returned after the complaint has been recognised. Attention! We do not accept parcels sent back as cash on delivery.
